So we are on our own. Last night I made pasta & my usual traffic light bellpeppers (red, yellow, & green bell peppers) tomato based spicy sauce. This afternoon it was a simple eggplant dry curry with paratha. Dinner was something different. In the evening sis and I went grocery shopping. Should last us at least a week and half if not more. In it I decided to splurge and get some sundried tomatoes. Oh boy are they expensive! So tonight's dinner we each had half of a sundried tomato in our pita stuffing!

Too bad you can't seen any in this pic. hmmmm....

oh but it was good...

Hahahaha, yea, the cooker is intimidating-I just don't get how it works! have asked mum about dal so many times, she has refused to inform me anymore...:( Happy cooking!!! You're doing a great job!!
