As my sister clears up the table, and later we head out for a movie or something. Here's my look back at the week in exercise.
14th Jan - Sunday: rest day
15th Jan - Monday: had cramps and no fun to move
16th Jan - Tuesday: Walk to office - 800 meters
17th Jan - Wednesday: Walk to office - 800 meters
18th Jan - Thursday: Walk to office & back - 1.5km
19th Jan - Friday: Walk to office & back - 1.5km
20th Jan - Saturday: gym - treadmill & wave rider (45 minutes) 1800 calrories burned, light weights workout

Badminton - 1.5 hours
17th Jan - Wednesday: Walk to office - 800 meters
50 situps and 40 squats
18th Jan - Thursday: Walk to office & back - 1.5km
Evening at the gym: treadmill & wave rider (40 minutes) - 1400 calories burnt
19th Jan - Friday: Walk to office & back - 1.5km
20th Jan - Saturday: gym - treadmill & wave rider (45 minutes) 1800 calrories burned, light weights workout

Date: 2007-01-23 10:51 am (UTC)Huh - ya got me beat. I've been sitting around watching TV most of the last few days. And running from fears. No point watching Television if you can't avoid something. ;-)
My past week of exercise:
14 Jan - Sunday - rest day.
15 Jan - Monday - 48 sit ups.
16 Jan - Tuesday - 16 min martial arts practice.
17 Jan - Wednesday - 49 sit ups.
18 Jan - Thursday - 16 min martial arts practice. Attempt to be slightly more focused than Tuesday.
19 Jan - Friday - 50 sit ups. Also, walked / hiked around Englefield Green for about 3 hours with a friend. Or was it 4? I forget...
20 Jan - Saturday - 17 min martial arts practice.
21 Jan - Sunday - rest day.
22 Jan - Monday - 51 sit ups.
And today will be 18 min martial arts practice. I tried increasing focus while keeping the time minimal; that didn't work so well. So I'm back to slowly increasing the time. :-)
