smittenbyuWe knew it was coming. We knew it will happen soon. And it happened. Somehow we held on to that glimmer of hope, something he stood for, that he will miraculously get better and rule on forever! Ok, maybe not.
But he always inspired me for refusing to accept the "norm" and making something of history. For not giving up just because it was hard. He has big shoes that I don't know anyone else could fill in this lifetime, but he also stood for hope. And one can always hope!
May he rest in peace! He definitely left the world a better place than it was before he arrived!
