power woes...

my parents area is suffering power outages recently not because of any big infrastructure issues but because someone keeps stealing the oil that's required to power the substation.

New kind of thieves...Bio-Thieves! I guess with increasing prices, thieves think oil and gas are more expensive than gold and platinum..
