Huh - ya got me beat. I've been sitting around watching TV most of the last few days. And running from fears. No point watching Television if you can't avoid something. ;-)

My past week of exercise:

14 Jan - Sunday - rest day.

15 Jan - Monday - 48 sit ups.

16 Jan - Tuesday - 16 min martial arts practice.

17 Jan - Wednesday - 49 sit ups.

18 Jan - Thursday - 16 min martial arts practice. Attempt to be slightly more focused than Tuesday.

19 Jan - Friday - 50 sit ups. Also, walked / hiked around Englefield Green for about 3 hours with a friend. Or was it 4? I forget...

20 Jan - Saturday - 17 min martial arts practice.

21 Jan - Sunday - rest day.

22 Jan - Monday - 51 sit ups.

And today will be 18 min martial arts practice. I tried increasing focus while keeping the time minimal; that didn't work so well. So I'm back to slowly increasing the time. :-)
