My usual sources of sugar is Coca Cola, Candy, occasional wine/beer and ice cream. The Coke and beer intake has become more frequent than I think ideal for me. So, not good thing.

usually the items that are rich in sugar are overprocessed items, not really healthy....and my waistline is getting wider to a point where I am getting backaches. So, one reason is to watch weight.

Also, I give credit for low-sugar "diet" for cavity-free mouth and so trying to continue that trend for as long as possible!

And really sugar is to be enjoyed once in a while. So, will savour that ice cream once a month or so. Makes it more yummy, no? :)
