smittenbyuI turn on the TV to watch the NEWS, and i find myself changing channels. I pick up the newspaper to read the news and I find myself putting it away. I go online to read the news and I find myself browsing to somewhere else. It's just not interesting me. Everyone's fighting, killing, beating, crying, dying, suffering, hating. It's sad. No, beyond sad. So, I figure just sticking my fingers in my ears, shutting my eyes, screaming "I can't hear you" will allow me to escape it all... at least for a while.
