smittenbyuI remember the days when you could download yahoo messenger and/or MSN in matter of minutes have them installed in matter of another few minutes! I have checked all my emails. Downloaded & installed Semagic and writing away and am still downloading MSN Live 63%. Yahoo was a bit faster but still at 47% of installing. The download's supposed to take another 40 minutes! I thought with technology came speed.
We seem to get more patient with these things it seems than when we are on the roads or waiting for food to arrive. Why? Well, there are a few who aren't in either situation. But I just feel like killing time at the moment and enjoy my NEW laptop!!! I got an HP Compaq nx6330 Business Notebook PC. It looks like an IBM! There was another option that came with fingerprinting recognition stuff. But yeah... don't need that. The only amusing thing is that the letters on the keyboard are so big, that I feel like I am wearing a magnifying glass at all times!
Mine's Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5600* (1.83-GHz,667-MHz FSB, 2-MB L2 cache) 512MB, 667-MHz DDR2 SDRAM x 1 pcs 120-GB Smart Sata Hard Disk..etc. etc.
Anyhow, my uncle and aunt are here visiting from Bangalore. So I am their guide for the next two days

But, they couldn't give what i was looking for in my price range (nvida graphics card with good RAM, atleast 1 Gb). Ultimately i purchased Fujitsu Siemens Amilo pa 1538.
