weekly report

Oveall, I have been good with food! I have been bringing lunch to office at least 3 times of the 5 days, having fruit daily.
On the exercise front:
Saturday, 6th January - walk to & fro office 2 km
- 6 flight of stairs (at least)
Sunday, 7th January - I had to work and spent the morning half of the day at an education fair where I stood for the 3.5 hours I was there
- Evening we had a party, there was a fair bit of running around & housework (hey, we learnt recently that counts! :P)
Monday, 8th January - I suffered exhaustion and slept through. My BP was too low
Tuesday, 9th January - 30 minutes on mobile cycle - 1200 calories
- walk to & fro office 2 km
Wednesday, 10th January Didn't make it to the gym, but made 35 minutes on mobile cycle - 1400 calories
- walk to & fro office 2 km
Thursday, 11th - 60 minutes on mobile cycle, and since I was feeling good, 50 situps, 20 squats
- walk to & fro office 2 km
Friday, 12th - rest day, but a lot of running around the office
Saturday, 13th - rest day, lot of running around as I was coordinating local graduation
My plans also got a bit messy as dad had conferences and stuff, and hence the car was not available to drive up to the gym in the evenings. Taking a bus at the time would be impossible as they would be running at full capacity, and sitting in a cab in traffic would be waste of money. sigh. but at least I still made up for it. In the past, I wouldn't have! And I do feel a surge in energy.
And I got another comment in one week on my weight. The parking attendant who is too skinny asked me colleague, how I was able to put on weight, as he has seen me now for two years and I was thin when he first saw me! It seems he has been trying hard. I replied to let him know to continue to eat Malaysian food and get an office job!
