Black & White photo challenge

Last week, inspirethoughts on FB tagged me to participate in a 5 day B&W photo challenge.

• Day 1: (Wednesday) the skies were grey and gloomy just a while before the storm broke through.


• Day 2: (Thursday) a day of giving thanks, she is one of the biggest thing I am thankful for.


• Day 3: (Friday) Collected these two cans and all I could think of was making a "phone" for the kids to play with! The kids loved it, although they didn't need a string to play along. The grown kids loved it too! :)


• Day 4: (Saturday) @the library. I couldn't think of any other place to go after our friends left and N was busy, the library - it's a place of comfort and refuge for D. It so happened I read this, "Ferguson Library Becomes Refuge..." while there and cried, couldn't agree more. Another thing I am thankful for.


• Day 5: (Sunday) The weather cleared up! We didn't need jackets really. Just thankful and enjoyed completely! Thank you, mother nature!

This is our phone today! All D's work. The only string we could find was blue yarn! ;)
