Don't forget to wear sunblock when heading to gym! the treadmill faces the window and the window faces west. I get baked when I am indoors. It's the little joys in winter! I found the secret to getting a tan in winter time! heheheehhe...

And a question... am going boot shopping today. To this fancy place that sells them for people with different arches. I got a pair of cheap boots the other day but it has no support for my poor little...ok high...arches. So thought of wearing them makes me cringe in pain. Any tips for a girl who has been happily trotting away in sandals most of her life?! :)
