Time management....
D usually sleeps 7:30-7:30. Just as evening routines have become smoother, it's the mornings that have become hectic. Lots of grumbling, whining, tears and theatrics. We are exhausted by the time we are out the door at 9am. sigh.
This whole week however, D has been up since 5:45am! When I ask her why, she says so she can play and do all the things she wants to in the morning!! At least she lets us sleep while she plays in the living room (she closes our bedroom door to not disturb us).
And of course I can't be mad as I get a gentle kiss on the cheek at 5:45am! I pull her into our bed and she lays in between us for half hour before getting off bed and playing/"reading" books.
And she gets herself ready! She brushes, potties, bathes/clothes and ready to go!
I am happy, I really am. Not however at 5:47am as I can't fall back asleep.
