Quick Question: When/if you cook dosas or chapattis, do you wipe off the pan with a bit of paper towel after every dosa/chapatti is done? If you don't and your mother/father/significant other does, does he/she do that?

I don't know about wiping off the pan but I know about licking off the plate.
