it's a movement to clean up the city. Recently it was on the news that Delhi would be next. It's sad though some of these eateries have been passed over from generation to generation and some have been around for over 100 years! And mostly it takes away the charm of it all. They could work out some alternative than just removing the guy's livelihood!
